Shipping policy
STANDARD PROCESSING
We process Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. No shipping is done on the weekends or holidays. All orders received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Friday with the exclusion of US federal holidays. Our standard shipping is delivered via FedEx and takes 3 - 5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4 - 7 days on the West Coast. Orders may take up to 7 business days during major sales and promotions.
Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx.
In rare instances, our carrier service may experience transit delays.
We are not liable for such delays caused by our carrier service or acts of nature. Therefore, refunds or chargebacks will not be honored as a result of transit delays caused by these factors.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
We do not offer overnight shipping.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. We do not control the method in which your products are delivered once responsibility is handed over to the shipping company. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages
