| HOW LONG IS SHIPPING? | We kindly ask that you allow 5 to 7 business days for processing and shipping of your order. Processing is delayed during holidays. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. |
| WHAT IS CAMBODIAN HAIR? | Cambodian Straight is very durable, voluminous and full. This texture is very soft and easy to maintain. Cambodian hair holds curls very well in humid weather. Hair comes in a natural dark brown hair color. | HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED? | For inches 12-16 you can achieve a natural look with 2 bundles. Inches 18 and up , at least 3 are needed. Keep in mind, “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft" |
| CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR? | This is 100% raw Cambodian human hair. Yes you can color it, but coloring involves chemicals and we suggest you get it done by a professional. |
| HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST? | The lifespan of our hair products depends on how well they are maintained. With proper care, our hair products can last from several months to over a year |
| DOES THE HAIR SHED? | VERY MINIMUM shedding meaning. Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Heat damage, over processing or lack of moisture and conditioner will cause shedding, so be sure to apply heat protectant before thermal use. We also recommend using a wide tooth comb or an UNBRUSH when detangling hair. Brush/comb from roots to tips. |
| CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? | If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make changes. |

| CAN I SWIM WITH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS? | While it is possible to swim with extensions , we recommend minimizing exposure to chlorine and saltwater as they can dry out and damage the hair. Always rinse and condition your hair extensions thoroughly after swimming. |
| HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EXTENSIONS WHEN NOT IN USE? | Store your extensions in a cool, dry place. It’s best to keep them in a satin bag to maintain their shape and prevent tangling. |
| HOW DO I KNOW THE COLOR I WILL RECEIVE? | 80% of the hair we ship out will have a natural dark brown color tone. We will sometimes receive donor hair with medium to light brown color tones. If you plan to lighten your raw hair, please ask for a lighter color tone for a much easier color experience. |
| WILL THE CURL PATTERN REVERT BACK? | Absolutely, every bundle we carry is authentic natural hair. Please keep in mind that heat will alter your hair pattern, the same as it would your natural hair. If you purchase textured hair we suggest you wear them in its natural state first before applying heat. |
| CAN I BLOW DRY EXTENSIONS? | Yes you can blow dry your extensions, but it isn't the Best thing to do for the longevity of the hair. Applying a great amount of heat cannot only damage your natural hair but your extensions as well. You want to limit the amount of heat you apply to your extensions, and use heat protectant. |
